Can I change dates later?

Yes, you may change dates at any time by calling into our office at 1-800-226-8623. The only concern is availability of the same units you originally ordered.

How do I make a reservation?

Reserving with Awesome Bounce is really easy! Scroll up to the top of this page and enter your zip code, or click on our nearest location to you on the map. If you’ve got questions or would like to place an order over the phone, you may call 1-800-226-8623. We take cash, all major credit cards and PayPal.

What about rain? What’s the cancelation policy?

We deliver rain or shine. The only conditions that we won’t deliver in are high sustained winds, and lightening & thunder. You have until the driver arrives at your event location on the day of your event to cancel due to rain or inclement weather at no charge! If you cancel your order for any other reason, you’ve got up to 24 hours before your event start time to cancel at no charge. Please note, if you’ve paid by credit card, there is a $10 non-refundable restocking fee charged for all cancelations. Canceling in less than 24 hours and not related to weather will incur a $25 cancelation fee. We do require a phone call to cancel any order. Call 1-800-226-8623

How much does it cost to rent a bouncer?

We price competitively, but we aren’t trying to be “the cheapest in town”! We offer a safe, high quality service with fresh inventory at reasonable prices.
